本政策说明 CHICAGO ULTIMATE, LLC（“我们”）如何在 AnyCross 应用（“应用”）中处理与隐私相关的信息。AnyCross 是一款 iOS 代理客户端：你导入自己的订阅，在设备上选择节点并建立 VPN 隧道。我们不要求注册账号，也不运营你所连接的代理节点。

1. 我们处理哪些信息

应用主要为你提供本地功能，下列信息会在你的设备上处理或保存：

• 订阅与配置。你导入的订阅地址、备注、节点列表、当前节点、连接模式（规则或全局）以及相关配置文件，保存在本机 App Group 中，供主应用与网络扩展读取。
• 相机。若你选择扫描二维码导入订阅，相机会在设备上读取画面以识别二维码。我们不会上传、保存或分享相机画面。
• 网络请求。当你刷新或导入订阅时，应用会向你提供的订阅 URL 发起请求。延迟测试会访问你所选节点相关的网络地址，以估算连通性。
• 诊断信息。隧道扩展可能在设备本地写入运行日志，用于排查连接问题。这些日志默认留在本机。

我们不要求你提供姓名、电子邮箱或支付账号。应用内未集成用于广告或行为分析的第三方跟踪 SDK。

2. VPN 流量与第三方节点

连接成功后，按你选择的模式，部分或全部设备网络流量会经系统 VPN 隧道发往你订阅中的节点。这些节点由第三方服务商运营，不属于 CHICAGO ULTIMATE, LLC。该等服务商可能看到途经其服务器的网络数据，并按其自身隐私政策处理。请在导入订阅前自行了解该服务商的条款与政策。

我们不会因为你使用 AnyCross 而在我们的服务器上接收、存储或出售你的上网内容或浏览记录——应用不以“把流量送到我们的服务器”这种方式运行。

3. 我们如何使用信息

设备上的信息仅用于：导入与管理订阅、建立和维持 VPN 连接、执行分流规则、展示节点与延迟、以及在你主动查看时协助排查故障。

4. 共享与出售

我们不会出售你的个人信息。除下列情形外，我们不会将设备上的订阅或配置提交给我们：

• 为遵守适用法律、传票或政府要求所必需；
• 为保护 CHICAGO ULTIMATE, LLC、用户或公众的权利、财产或安全所必需；
• 在企业重组、并购或资产转让中，作为交易的一部分依法转移（如发生，我们将按适用法律处理）。

向你指定的订阅 URL 或节点发出的请求，属于你主动发起的网络通信，由相应第三方接收。

5. 保留与删除

订阅与配置会保留在设备上，直至你在应用中删除对应订阅，或卸载应用并清除其数据。卸载后，系统将按 iOS 惯例删除应用沙盒与相关 App Group 数据。

6. 安全

我们采取与客户端应用相称的保护措施，包括使用系统网络扩展与 App Group 存储。任何经互联网传输的数据都无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保管设备与订阅链接，避免将订阅分享给不信任的人。

7. 儿童

AnyCross 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。若你认为我们错误处理了儿童信息，请通过下方方式联系我们，我们将及时处理。

8. 你的选择

• 可以拒绝授予相机权限，改用 URL 导入订阅。
• 可以随时断开 VPN、切换节点或删除订阅。
• 可以在系统设置中关闭 AnyCross 的 VPN 配置或删除应用。

若适用加州《加州消费者隐私法》（CCPA）或其他地区法律赋予你查阅、删除等权利，且相关请求适用于我们实际控制的个人信息，你可通过下方联系方式提出。因 AnyCross 默认不在我们的服务器上建立用户档案，多数请求将体现为你在设备上自行删除数据。

9. 国际使用

CHICAGO ULTIMATE, LLC 位于美国。你使用应用即表示理解：与订阅提供商、节点之间的通信可能跨越你所在地区。请确保你的使用符合当地法律。

10. 政策更新

我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后的版本将在本页面发布，并注明生效日期。重大变更时，我们会通过应用内说明或 App Store 更新说明等合理方式提示。

This policy explains how CHICAGO ULTIMATE, LLC (“we”) handles privacy-related information in the AnyCross app (the “App”). AnyCross is an iOS proxy client: you import your own subscription, choose a node on the device, and establish a VPN tunnel. We do not require an account, and we do not operate the proxy nodes you connect to.

1. Information we process

The App is primarily a local client. The following may be processed or stored on your device:

• Subscriptions and configuration. Imported subscription URLs, remarks, node lists, the selected node, routing mode (rule or global), and related configuration files are stored in the on-device App Group for the main app and the network extension.
• Camera. If you scan a QR code to import a subscription, the camera reads frames on-device to recognize the code. We do not upload, store, or share camera frames.
• Network requests. When you import or refresh a subscription, the App requests the subscription URL you provide. Latency tests contact addresses associated with the selected nodes to estimate connectivity.
• Diagnostics. The tunnel extension may write runtime logs on the device to help troubleshoot connections. These logs remain on-device by default.

We do not require your name, email address, or payment account. The App does not include third-party SDKs for advertising or behavioral analytics.

2. VPN traffic and third-party nodes

After you connect, some or all device traffic is sent through the system VPN tunnel to nodes in your subscription, depending on the mode you choose. Those nodes are operated by third parties, not by CHICAGO ULTIMATE, LLC. They may see traffic that passes through their servers and handle it under their own privacy policies. Review those terms before importing a subscription.

We do not receive, store, or sell your browsing content or history on our servers as a result of your use of AnyCross. The App is not designed to send your traffic to servers we operate.

3. How we use information

On-device information is used only to import and manage subscriptions, establish and maintain the VPN connection, apply routing rules, show nodes and latency, and help you troubleshoot when you choose to inspect logs.

4. Sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect subscriptions or configuration from your device except where required:

• to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or a government request;
• to protect the rights, property, or safety of CHICAGO ULTIMATE, LLC, our users, or the public;
• as part of a corporate reorganization, merger, or asset transfer, to the extent permitted by law.

Requests to subscription URLs or nodes you specify are communications you initiate and are received by those third parties.

5. Retention and deletion

Subscriptions and configuration remain on the device until you delete the subscription in the App or uninstall the App and clear its data. After uninstall, iOS removes the app sandbox and related App Group data in the ordinary course.

6. Security

We use protections appropriate for a client app, including the system network extension and App Group storage. No transmission over the internet is completely secure. Keep your device and subscription links confidential, and do not share subscriptions with people you do not trust.

7. Children

AnyCross is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have processed a child’s information in error, contact us using the method below and we will address it promptly.

8. Your choices

• You may refuse camera permission and import subscriptions by URL instead.
• You may disconnect the VPN, switch nodes, or delete subscriptions at any time.
• You may disable the AnyCross VPN configuration in system settings or delete the App.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other laws give you rights to access or delete personal information that we actually control, you may contact us as described below. Because AnyCross does not create a user profile on our servers by default, most such requests are fulfilled by deleting data on your device.

9. International use

CHICAGO ULTIMATE, LLC is located in the United States. By using the App, you understand that communications with subscription providers and nodes may cross the region where you are located. You are responsible for using the App in compliance with local law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as in the App or App Store release notes.
